The University Science and Technology Librarians’ Group is an informal group that meets in May each year to discuss topics of interest to members. If you are involved with engineering, science or technology in a university library in the UK, then you are very welcome to come to a meeting.
USTLG has no budget, so we usually ask for volunteers from within the group to lead discussion on topics. It’s a very useful way to keep in touch and to get to know colleagues in other libraries. Our meetings are free, with lunch funded by a commercial sponsor. The group also uses the lis-scitech discussion list to foster contact.
For details of USTLG beyond what is contained in these web pages please contact the organising group: Amanda Brennan (Glasgow Caledonian University), Zelda Chatten (University of Liverpool) and Eva Garcia Grau (Royal Holloway, University of London).
